To Export a Responsibility Matrix

From time to time project administrators might need to export a responsibility matrix. AssetWise CONNECT Edition allows you to export a complete responsibility matrix as an Excel worksheet.

You can also apply EQL code to export EQL specific data, based on supplied EQL commands. This is particularly useful if you only want to work with a subset of the responsibility matrix.

Follow these steps to export a responsibility matrix using AssetWise CONNECT Edition.

  1. Open the responsibility matrix that you want to export.
  2. From the Object menu, select Export matrix.
    The Export Matrix dialog appears.
  3. If you want to export specific records from a responsibility matrix, then enter a valid EQL filter statement in the box provided.
  4. Click Export matrix. A confirmation dialog appears, stating that the export job has been queued.
  5. Click OK to accept.
The exported responsibility matrix worksheet queued to be processed.
